Abstract

This research examines the effect of Green HRM on green behavior of employees in public hospitals in Pakistan with green transformational leadership as a mediator. Data collected from 380 participants using PLS-SEM, the findings verify that Green HRM has a significant effect on green behavior both directly and indirectly. The findings validate Conservation of Resources (COR) theory and highlight the influence of leadership on promoting sustainability. This study provides real-world insights for applying green practices to HRM and leadership in healthcare.
